The South Central Region of Vermont

The South Central region of Vermont is comprised of Rutland and Windsor counties, within which you'll find the towns of Benson, Brandon, Castleton, Chittenden, Clarendon, Danby, Fair Haven, Ira, Killington, Middletown Springs, Mt. Tabor, Mt. Holly, Pawlet, Pittsfield, Poultney, Proctor, Ripton, Rutland, Shrewsbury, Tinmouth, Wallingford, Wells, White River Junction, Wilder, Woodstock, Andover, Baltimore, Barnard, Bethel, Bridgewater, Cavendish, Chester, Hartford, Hartland, Hubbardton, Ludlow, Norwich, Plymouth, Pittsford, Pomfret, Quechee, Reading, Rochester, Royalton, Sharon, Springfield, Stockbridge, Sudbury, Weston, Windsor, West Haven, West Windsor and Weathersfield. South Central Vermont is also the home to skiing and snowboarding at the Killington, Pico, Okemo and Bear Creek Club mountain resorts, as well as nordic skiing at the Wilderness Trails, Woodstock Inn & Resort, Mountain Meadows, Mountain Top, Three Stallion Inn, Blueberry Hill and Okemo Valley XC ski centers.
